We offer free standard delivery over £100, this is automatically applied at checkout.

Standard delivery £3.50 (3-5 working days)
Express delivery £6 (Fast tracked, 1-2 working days)

INTERNATIONAL

(Europe) Unfortunately we do not currently ship to Europe.
Rest of the world £20-£55 (6-7 working days), the price is calculated for you at checkout.

Customers are required to pay for import fees if these occur.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your item, but if anything isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

To start a return, please complete the returns form below. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging where applicable. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase. If packaging or tags are missing, or the item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, a reasonable deduction may be made from any refund where permitted by law.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please email hello@thegiftedsisters.co.uk with your order number and photographs so we can resolve the issue for you.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange where possible, subject to availability. Please complete the form below and select exchange.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method or as a credit note depending on which method you choose.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
